The Project Team has successfully completed paving East Blithedale Avenue. We foresee the completion of construction by the end of July.
Work crews will continue alternating one-way traffic control between 8:00 to 5:00 pm on East Blithedale Avenue.
If possible, we still urge motorists to avoid East Blithedale Avenue - use Camino Alto and Miller Avenue to avoid the construction area and delays. Please plan to leave plenty of time to safely reach your destination, and follow posted speed limits and traffic control signs.
A Message from the Mill Valley Police Department:
As you drive along this newly repaved road, we kindly remind you to observe the speed limit of 25 miles per hour, ensuring the safety of pedestrians, motorists, and bicyclists. Additionally, we urge everyone to refrain from parking on the sidewalks, allowing unobstructed passage for pedestrians, especially those with disabilities and our elderly residents. Let's continue building a community we all enjoy by driving responsibly, showing consideration for one another, and following traffic regulations.
