Right now, most of us know someone who's struggling, but we’re not always sure what to say or how to help. Let’s learn together!
Support from a friend, also known as Peer-to-Peer Support, can be invaluable for people experiencing mental health challenges, helping them feel better, reducing stigma, and improving outcomes.
Please join us Tuesday, February 7th from 5:30-7PM at the Mill Valley Community Center. We’ll hear from Marin County mental health experts, people with lived experience, and high school student Wellness Ambassadors. We'll also get practical tools and learn about resources right here in Marin that can make the difference between struggling and thriving.
