Todd Gates has served on the Alto Sanitary District Board since 2015 and became the representative on the SASM Board of Commissioners in 2018. Obtaining Civil Engineering degrees in college and graduate school, Mr. Gates has worked in the infrastructure construction business for most of his career. His work has given him experience in environmental compliance, public funding and the construction of wastewater facilities.
Mr. Gates hopes to contribute to his community by serving on this board.
He and his wife raised two boys in the Alto area of Mill Valley where they have lived for over twenty years.
